Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play Store & Apple App Store developer policies, Fitsorate empowers all users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated health and fitness data at any time.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion

If you currently have the Fitsorate app installed on your iPhone or Android device, you can delete your account immediately without waiting for manual processing:

Open the Fitsorate app.
Tap your Profile avatar in the top-right corner.
Select Settings (Gear Icon) → Account Security.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your password.

Your account and all associated cloud data will be wiped immediately from our servers.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your registered account details below. Our security team will process your deletion request.

I confirm that I want to permanently delete my Fitsorate account. I understand that this action is irreversible and will erase my meal logs, macronutrient history, gym workout routines, and body metrics.

Deletion Request Received

Your request has been logged. Our system will verify your registered email and permanently remove your account, profile, meal history, and workout logs within 48 to 72 hours.

A confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email address once the purge is complete.

What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained

1. Data that is permanently wiped:

Personal profile credentials (Name, Email, Account Identifier).
Nutrition and dietary logs (Daily calorie records, macros, custom food entries, saved recipes).
Gym workout logs (Exercise history, logged sets, weights, reps, and notes).
Body composition logs (Weight trend charts, body measurements).

2. Data retained for legal/tax compliance:

If you purchased a Fitsorate Premium subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store, purchase receipts and transaction identifiers are retained for up to 180 days strictly to comply with tax, fraud prevention, and accounting laws. This financial data is completely decoupled from your personal health metrics.
